Why choose Bath and Bubbles mobile grooming?

At Bath and Bubbles, we prioritise your pets wellbeing and happiness. We use natural organic products that will not only effectively pamper your pet, but is also safe on the environment. We offer personalised grooming that enables you to choose the right product for your pet’s fur type.

The one-on-one attention to each pet allows a more calm environment and reduces their stress / anxiety during the treatment. Our fully qualified and skilled groomers will ensure they are looked after from start to finish. 

The van is temperature controlled and checked daily to ensure everything is safely and efficiently working for the safety of our staff and the animals.

 

Is it necessary to book an appointment? If so, how far in advanced?

To avoid disappointment, you will need to book appointments at least 2 days in advance. This will give us time to plan our routes to accommodate the timings requested by our clients. 

Depending on availability, we may also accept same day appointments, however this is subject to location and may incur an extra cost.

You also have the option to book recurring appointments which will automatically be booked in as and when you decide. Please contact us for further information on recurring appointments.

I’ve booked my appointment, now what?

Once you have booked the appointment, you will receive a short questionnaire which you will only have to do on your first appointment with us. This will help us understand your pets specific needs. 

Pets must be free from fleas and must be fully vaccinated as per DM’s regulation. You will also need to provide us with your pets vaccination history which is required upon booking your first appointment. We will keep this on our records. 

As part of our grooming, you will have a choice of shampoo, fragrance and a treat for your pet depending on their needs and taste preferences. Please clearly state if your pet has any allergies. 

Once all booked, you will get a text reminder 1 day prior to the appointment. On the appointment day, we will take care of everything. Just be prepared to come home to a happy, freshly groomed fur baby. 

P.S; we are not responsible if your pet doesn’t want to leave the mobile spa… :) 

How can I pay?

We accept cash, card/contactless payments in the van, online payments, and bank transfers.

Can you refuse to accept my pet?

We practice strict cleanliness,  hygiene, and safety control to ensure that all our pets and staff are safe in our care. Therefore, Bath and Bubbles reserve its rights to refuse any pets found with fleas, not vaccinated, those that are “aggressive” towards our staff or those who may be found to be unwell.
